"For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink . . . I needed clothes and you clothed me." (Matthew 25:35-36)

Baptist Service Centers (BSCs) of Calhoun Baptist Association (CBA) is a spiritual resource for the poor and downtrodden in our community through distribution of food, clothing, and emergency utilities. The BSCs' intent is to present the plan of salvation through personal witness, passing out tracts, and giving clients a copy of the Bible. The BSCs are manned and operated by 300 volunteers from 18 Calhoun Baptist Association churches. At the end of 2009 over 2,153 families have been served at the BSCs; 72,436 pounds of food given out; and over 56 profession of faiths—God is awesome! We look forward to God's blessings in 2010.
