Baptist Service Centers

Serving Others in Christ's Name

Baptist Service Centers (BSCs) of Calhoun Baptist Association (CBA) is a spiritual resource for the poor and downtrodden in our community through distribution of food, clothing, and emergency utilities. The BSCs' intent is to present the plan of salvation through personal witness, passing out tracts, and giving clients a copy of the Bible. The BSCs are manned and operated by volunteers who are members of Calhoun Baptist Association churches. At the end of 2007 over 700 families have been served at the BSCs; 24,500 pounds of food given out; and over 15 profession of faiths—God is awesome! Look ahead to 2008 both BSCs will be locating to new facilities. God is making things happen at the Baptist Service Centers!
